When making an enquiry please ensure to leave your contact details as well as a brief overview of yourself, your age, why you are seeking therapy and any identifiable information you deem to be important such as pronouns, gender identity, sexual orientation or religious background.

Please also specify how soon you would need an appointment, your general availability and if you are intending on receiving services as a private client (claiming a rebate through a private health fund) or a Medicare client (claiming a rebate from Medicare).
